Melodious Singing studio offers vocal tuition to anyone from 7 years of age; If you have a love for singing then Melodious is the place for you.
I endeavour to explore as many different genres with students as possible, giving them a versatile appreciation for all genres of music.I believe that students should have a practical understanding of singing; therefore my goal is to enable students the opportunity to explore more than just vocal technique.

Student Goals

Performance Opportunities
Half Yearly Concert
Every 6 months a small concert will be put together for students to showcase their hard work for Term 1 and Term 2.
End of Year Showcase
At the end of the year, students will have the opportunity to showcase their achievements for the year for family and friends in a larger environment.

Fees and Inclusions
Lesson Costs:
30 Minutes - $37
45 Minutes - $49
60 Minutes - $60
Invoices will be issued prior to the beginning of a term. Lessons may be paid for on the day, however a 10% discount will be offered If the invoice is paid in full on or before Lesson one.
Each term students will be provided with:
Make Up Lessons:
If you unfortunately cannot attend a lesson due to illness, etc and 24 hours notice is given, a make up lesson will be offered.

My name is Tammy Mathieson and I am the owner of Melodious Singing Studio. I am a singer/songwriter with a love for all musical genres. My repertoire ranges from Opera to Jazz through to Musical Theatre and Pop.
I started my musical career as a dancer at only 6 years old, I then delved into my true passion of Singing around age 8. At 9 years old I landed my first major lead role in the Musical 'Annie' and I fell in love with musical theatre - participating in shows twice a year - each time landing a lead or minor lead role.
When I was 16 I attended the Queensland Academies for Creative Industries, in which I studied my International Baccalaureate majoring in Music and Film. I graduated in 2011 and since then I have been participating in numerous performances around Brisbane.
Through my years of performing I have had the opportunity to perform for audiences large and small at events ranging from charity work and community work through to performing as a vocal soloist at Disneyland.
